If you want to lose weight fast then diet will help you to some extent but if you want to be in shape than you need to exercise as well. waynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15337486104354141801noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-945307409493440008.post-25703033889668412352011-03-30T17:23:22.805-07:002011-03-30T17:23:22.805-07:00I think exercise is important. No, you won't ...I think exercise is important. No, you won't lose weight faster by exercising over eating healthy, but seriously, you'll look so much better in the en if you're toned and not a flab bag of skinny.

Losing weight shouldn't just be about the scale, it should be about being healthy and exercise is a key component in that.Nikki57https://www.blogger.com/profile/04338406170319459476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-945307409493440008.post-5472663124795394682011-03-30T09:44:46.691-07:002011-03-30T09:44:46.691-07:00I'm with you. Exercise is so important! I...I'm with you. Exercise is so important! I've found that I just need to stay off the WW message boards because I read things like "exercise made me gain 82 lbs!" or "you'll never lose weight if you keep working out!" "Doing squats made me retain 502 lbs of water weight!" The logic makes no sense to me.

I go to the gym for two reasons: 1) to tone up and help my weight loss process and 2) to get some time away from my kids. The second reason is probably the most important. ;-)Michelle Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12481070637553373089noreply@blogger.com
